What’s on the Menu:

• The Welcome Sip: Kick things off with a guided tasting of ISCO’s signature gins and a crash course in our Providence roots.

• Distillery Deep Dive: A behind-the-scenes look at our distillation process, including a look at our benchtop still. where all our recipe development begins.

• The Sensory Lab: Get hands-on with juniper, citrus peels, exotic spices, and New England native botanicals. You’ll smell and taste individual infusions to understand how they build a gin's "backbone."

• The Blending Session: Use professional droppers and botanical distillates to experiment with your own recipe. Our distillers will be circulating to help you balance those floral, earthy, and spicy notes.

• Bottle & Label: Once you’ve perfected your blend, you’ll fill, cork, and custom-label a 375ml bottle to take home.
