Our Heirloom Bourbon is crafted from a mash of 100% Mexican Blue Corn, sourced from small holder family farms and offers up fragrant notes of coffee, toffee, molasses, and vanilla bean, complimented by a rich and decadent herbal palate.

Our Indigo Corn Bourbon is made from 100% organic blue corn cultivated in Kentucky, with aromatic hints of honey, caramel, and sweet mint alongside notes of cinnamon, fresh corn, baking spices and malt.
