We begin with exceptionally smooth organic neutral spirit, into which we layer an abundance of citrus, including lemon, lime, and grapefruit, alongside traditional bittering botanicals such as gentian and rhubarb. Elderflower contributes delicate floral notes, while a carefully selected blend of additional herbs, roots, and spices adds depth, balance, and a gentle lingering warmth.
