Bring the spirit of the sea to your holiday table with ISCO Spirits’ award-winning coastal collection — the first-ever vodka distilled with oysters, our ocean-inspired oyster and seaweed gin, and our ocean-brined barrel bourbon- all sustainably distilled at our distillery in Rhode Island using local and organic ingredients. Perfect for seafood lovers, coastal dreamers and anyone who appreciates a good story in their glass around the holidays!
Each bottle captures the essence of the Atlantic — and is perfect for both ocean-inspired martinis and straight pours, to accompany your festive seafood inspired meals, for holiday entertaining in general or as a special gift for a pal or relative who loves the spirit of the sea!
🌎 Sustainably Distilled in Rhode Island
Handcrafted at our Rhode Island small-batch distillery, every ISCO spirit is made with a commitment to sustainability — we donate a portion of proceeds from the oyster vodka and gin to local ocean-based nonprofits, such as NY’s Billion Oyster Project and RI’s Sailors for the Sea, and “spent” shells are upcycled into high-end furniture and building materials!
🐚 Our Oceanic Inspired Spirits include:
Ostreida Oyster Vodka — distilled with real, locally harvested oysters for a savory, silky finish and beautiful salinity and minerality. Perfect for martinis and grayhounds!
Seaflow Ocean Gin — a bright, briny gin featuring New England oysters and locally harvested seaweeds! Perfect for gimlets, martinis and more!
Coastal Cask Bourbon — our small-batch bourbon finished in barrels that we kissed with Atlantic ocean brine for a uniquely coastal flavor, like a sea salted caramel if sea salted caramel was a bourbon! Best over a big cube.
