Production Method: This liqueur begins with freshly made matcha tea using filtered water in the traditional ratio for a standard cup—then we whisk and cool, and add unfiltered to organic corn neutral spirit to preserve the matcha’s full character and texture. Once the blend reaches bottle strength, we back-sweeten with precisely measured organic cane sugar to highlight matcha’s natural complexity without overshadowing its earthy brightness. The final spirit remains unfiltered for maximum flavor integrity, honoring matcha’s ceremonial roots and associations with mindfulness while creating a lush, green, cocktail-ready and very modern liqueur.
